What You'll Do

Client Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.

Provide professional advice and guidance to clients regarding property sales, purchases, leasing, and investments.

Property Listings & Marketing
-
Source, list, and update properties on real estate platforms (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).

Create attractive marketing content including photos, descriptions, and advertisements.

Organize and conduct property viewings and open houses.

Negotiation & Closing
-
Negotiate offers, terms, and conditions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

Ensure smooth completion of transactions, including documentation and payment collection.

Market Research & Analysis
-
Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, prices, communities, and new developments.

Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and return on investment opportunities.

Compliance & Documentation
-
Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.

Assist clients with contracts, title deeds, NOCs, and other legal documents.

Teamwork & Reporting
-
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales/rental targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
